Return Policy
We have a 10-day return policy for customers within the United States, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not accept returns from outside the USA.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—new, not used, with tags, and in its original packaging. All returns require the expressed approval of White Willow and Company prior to sending items back.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of all shipping for returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, all bath and body items are non-returnable. Additionally, we do not accept returns on custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please reach out if you have any questions about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted in limited circumstances and must receive prior approval from White Willow and Company. If an exchange is authorized, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed. To inquire about an exchange, please contact us at whitewillowandcompany@yahoo.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus shipping costs related to shipping your order. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
